Installing Sentinel HASP/LDK Driver for Windows X64

After extracting the folder, click OK after reading the End User License Agreement. You will then be prompted to install the driver. If you still get an error message, right-click and run 'support_package_1.exe' as administrator, or use 'reinstall_hasp_run_as_admin.bat' to install the driver.

To use this method, you need to download the Sentinel HASP/ LDK Windows GUI Runtime Installer from the official website. Once downloaded, extract the folder Sentinel_ LDK_Run- time_setup.zip and refer to the Readme file included in the package for details.

Important Notes

If your version of the 'Run- time Installer' is equal to or higher than 7.80 (for example 7.100), you need to follow a different procedure. First, right-click and run 'remove_hasp_run_as_admin.bat' to remove the old driver. Then, find the installation files of your analysis software (downloaded or on a CD) and reinstall the drivers.

If you do not find the installation files, please contact the Support team and provide them with the exact version of your software. They will guide you through the process of installing the correct drivers.

Troubleshooting Tips

* If you still get an error message after following the above steps, try running 'purge_hasp_run_as_admin.bat' followed by 'purge2_hasp_run_as_admin.bat'.

* Verify the version of your currently installed driver and make sure it is not too old.

* In case of problems with the software, start by making sure that the most recent driver is correctly installed.
